My experience has been that I've never been able to turn it off in the
gui. I've never bothered to research it, though; I don't consider it a
big deal. If someone wants to use my server for a few minutes (I can
set it as low as a minute) after they read email from the server, I
guess I can live with it, though I don't doucment it.
Everything else about POP before SMTP works fine, and it sure installs a
lot easier on a RaQ than it did the last time I installed in on RedHat
6.2.
