<sigh> Someone posts this question every few days. 127.0.0.1 is your
server's loopback address. What you're seeing is the Cobalt active monitor
which runs on all of the RaQs. It monitors services such as FTP, email,
HTTP and DNS and reports their status via the GUI and sends warnings via
email if services are down. It's normal and it's nothing to worry about.
