They're obviously not reading what I write anyway, so
it doesn't matter what I do, they won't be of much help.

No, it shouldn't. People receiving it will start to think
THEY have done something wrong, they will think THEY are
doing relaying or need to check THEIR mail, while the problem
isn't anything THEY have caused, it is a problem on the other hand.
One should never receive accusations from machines when you've
done nothing wrong. When this does happen, you're breaking rule
nr. 1 in computer programming history lessons.

Well, at the time when I suffered from this error,
the domain WAS in sendmail.cw, furthermore, the
admin GUI was not clear about anything being wrong,
since the domain's settings had not changed, and
have always worked OK before.
The particular RaQ4i changed settings without having
ordered it to change them. Which brings us
right back at how this thread started.

Next time please post your replies to the list.
I don't intend to write directly to anyone about this,
it is on the list for a purpose, let's keep it there.
