Well I may have to hive all my email users off my Raq4i because I'm
totally bemused with the way that after OS2, Pop before SMTP works, or
doesnt work, or sometimes works when you don't want it depending upon the
time of day, the weather, or whether it's plain sulking because I can find
NO rhyme or reason.

Today I got a report from outside, that their Box reported that they couldnt
send me my regular mailing because they got

Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 <leonard.payne@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Relaying
denied. Please check your mail first.

This *is* a pop-before-smtp issue!!!
It means that the users ip is not in /etc/mail/popip.db
its poprelayds' job to put the ip in /etc/mail/popip.db when the user pops
his mail.
then remove it 15 (adjustable) minutes later .
