It depends how many customers you have, and whether you manage the list
or your customers manage it themselves. If you manage the list yourself
just use your address book on your email client, put the list-entry into
the BCC field so no one will see each other's addresses.
If you want your customer to manage the list, perhaps mailman or
majordomo. If the list manager doesn't allow you to restrict posting to
you, yourself, you can do it by either turning on moderation or by
judicious selection of aliases.
