[cobalt-users] Test your RAM if you've replaced DIMMs

I've just made a package that will test much of your memory (RAM).  If
you have upgraded RAM on your Cobalt x86 server (Qube 3, RaQ 3, RaQ 4,
RaQ XTR) please load this pkg.  It can be uninstalled from within
BlueLinQ.

This package installs memtester and runs it a few minutes after
installation and once on the first day of each month.  A report is
emailed to the local admin user once finished.  Note that the server
will be sluggish as the tester runs, and Active Monitor may send a
warning email for heavy memory usage.  

memtester is run using nice, with a lower priority than all the
appliance services.  The tester will take about 25 minutes on a lightly
loaded 64MB server, and about 4 hours on a lightly loaded 512MB server.
