Minor Technicality. I think a lot of the answer to the question is,
depends. There are a lot of variables to take into consideration. And
bringing stuff like that inside adds a lot of things to your job that
you don't initially think about. So all that stuff Jeff has been
mentioning is good to get people thinking.

3. Security
4. Uptime
5. Backup
6. Security
7. Time
8. Security (can't emphasis it enough, as we all know by the discussion
on this list.
