Of course you need (user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mial02.domain.com is a sub
domain not a Host and needs a mx record). But this will not solve the
problem with 1 Linux and 1 Exchange Server.
You need the MX mail02.domain.com.
Imho you have to configure the exchange as mail.domain.com and the raq
as mail02.domain.com. Then you´ll have to create a SMTP-Connetor on the
Exchange Server. This will use the other MX records in DNS in their
Order to send the Messages to the Not-Exchange-Systems.
More Info´s in Exchange Help File, Routing between Servers in the same
or other Routinggroups.
So the Exchange will get all Mails and will route the Mails for the RaQ
to it because the next MX in Order is the RaQ (mail02.domain.com)

You need another MX record for mail2.domain.com.
