Hi,
I've used the CMU to move from Raq2 to Raq4r in the past without serious
problems. The DNS and database dumps were transferred manually.
Also I had to re-enter the site quotas later on, as I was receiving quota
exceeded messages. After that there wasn't any problem.
If I remember well, there were announced some issues for sites with FP
extensions but I didnt have such sites.

My experience with a migration from Raq3 to Raq4r is almost identical - manual tweaking of the quotas, manual database dumps and loads, manual ODBC setup in Chili!Soft, but the difficult part (migrating the site data) went off without a hitch - including special folder permissions.
Advice - print off EVERYTHING you can from your Raq2 config - if you're using Chili!Soft, print off all of your DSN config pages. If you have WebMin, print off your Apache Virtual Sites listing - it includes site numbers (if you have any scripting that has absolute folder paths, such as for TextStreaming or ChiliUpload, you will need to verify that the site numbers stayed the same, or adjust them in your ASP scripts if they did not).
Good Luck!
