[cobalt-users] RaQ4 Access Denied after server updates

I updated the Raq4 with all the latest packages Saturday, rebooted the
server and everything operated fine until Monday morning. Now one of my
sites (site2) has Access Denied: Access to the Server is Disabled error
message and I can't ftp to the site. I checked permissions & ownership
of all the directories and files and they appear to be ok. All the other
sites work fine and no one else has access to site2.

I'm stumped, can anyone help?
