[cobalt-users] POP Connect

I have a customer who can't connect using Outlook, Eudora or even telnet
to port 100 to his domain oin a RaQ4.....yet I can do it with no
problems...From what he tells me, it looks like the connection times
out....what might his ISP be doing to prevent or block the connection?
