That file is not standard.  What does AV stand for - AntiVirus?  If you can
provide details about the script including permissions, ownership, code,
what the purpose of it is, whether it every ran without giving that error,
when you started noticing the error and what else you did around the same
time that may have caused it that would be useful.  It sounds like an error
with a variable in the script, but without more info. that's about all I can
say.
