I'm trying to setup the mx record to point to an email server at another
location. They 're not receiving the emails, and they already have email
address on our server. I'm thinking that maybe the email accounts already
exsisting on our server are causing the problems but wouldn't pointing the
mx record to the new IP solve the problem? And is the configuration below
correct?

You need to turn OFF 'accept email for this site' on your Raq3 or leave the Email Server field blank (for that site) on a Raq4.
