[cobalt-users] Frontpage and MS Word Documents problem

Have a customer that just called saying any .doc files he places on his
website for download ask for a username and password when clicking on them
to download. I checked and I get the same thing. So I setup a frontpage
website myself and uploaded a word document and the same thing. If you do
not enter a username and password and instead just hit cancel then the
document downloads or if you have word displays.

Any ideas what causes this and how to fix it from acting this way? I have
tested on a RaQ2 and RaQ3 and both do the same things.
