I believe all of the RaQs have root aliases to admin so it should be in
/home/spool/mail/admin. If you have folders and procmail rules setup you
may want to check ~admin/mail/.

Change the entry for root in /etc/mail/aliases or /etc/aliases (depending on
the RaQ version) to point to a different user or externail email address,
then run "newaliases".
