Hotmail?  Or "http://www.oemmail.com/personalized_basic_free.htm"; if you
don't mind all the popups and junk advertising they send.  Is yahoo
discontinuing all their clubs and groups as well, or only the kiddieporn
ones (I presume you've heard the news; hundreds of people arrested this
week because they belonged to "candyman" at yahoo).

I've got a better idea for you, though...it works for anyone who has
their own domains...

Create an address each month like this, forward it to your "real"
address...

dan0302 for march, 2002, for example.  At the end of the month create
dan0402, change your address on all your lists, and then kill dan0302 at
the end of April.  So you'll always have two email addresses working, in
case people write you back, and it pretty much works because most
harvesters take over two months to get your email addresses onto their
CDs.

Or if you subscribe to as many lists as I do, only change when you start
getting a lot of junk mail.  I've been using jblists for years now and
still don't get much spam; I'll be switching to jclists by next month.
