[cobalt-users] windows media file on RAQ4i

hi,
I have a customer who is using my RAQ4i.
He uploaded windows media files (.wmv) into his site and
it looked like working fine. but there is a slight problem.
the time-line doesn't work!  I mean I cannot click on the time line and make 
it play from the middle of the file. The same file works fine at the local 
windows pc. Is this a cobalt(linux)-window issue or some kind of coding 
issue?
Does anyone have an answer?
