As long as it is completely uninstalled you can just delete the file from
/var/lib/cobalt - it has been left behind by a poor uninstall script.  Care
to mention which package you installed for future ref you may also want to
look in uninstallers and look at the uninstall file to see what it does and
check its done it and then uninstall that file as well.
