[cobalt-users] mail problem

Our client can´t acces to mailbox, tell him

........ERR (in use) /var/spool/mail/ ven pop lock busy! is another
session active? [11]..........

Mailbox nname is ven and  there isn't other connection active.

Somebody can help us,
