Let me answer this for you and save your search ... it is easy. Long time
ago, god create a HOST file. That is what was used prior to DNS.
The format goes like this:
212.204.249.22 www.the-angels.com
There is a tab in between there.
On Win9X systems:
c:\windows\
On Win NT / 2k
c:\<path to win>\system32\drivers\etc
You may already have it ... If not, just create it and save it!
