There was a potential problem with the installation routine that was
reported by a handful of users.  Most users were able to successfully
download and install the update, but enough problems were reported that
the update was temporarily suspended while QA reviews the entire
package.

I have no insight into when it will be re-posted, but I would suspect
sometime this week...
