A less frustrating URL that actually allows primative searches is
http://list.cobalt.com/cgi-bin/htsearch

That's most likely what Dan meant.

Oh course it would have been quicker for everyone if he had simply said

In your \windows\hosts file add a line as such

the_ip_of_your_raq	(TAB)	www.the_domain_name_of_the_new_site

Now your computer "knows" the the new domain is located at your RAQ's IP
