As Dan will tell you this is completely off topic, however, you simply place
the favicon.ico file in the document root of your website. If it's not
showing up in the browser properly, try grabbing the default IE favicon that
you see and dragging it out of it's place. This should cause it to refresh
itself. Dunno why it does that.
