you can do this by using the mailinlist-function.

Do a mailinglist wich name is "sales"

and add the two users (external or internal) to the list.

Be sure that you have checked "unsubscribed postings to list" but unchecked
"subscibe users to list"

also leave the password field empty.

now all emails wich are sent to sales@xxxxxxxxxx are send to both
email-boxes of the recipients
