Is it really spam if a list member tells you what he has been doing?
(even if it's in a business related context?)

If he wasn't a list member previously then ok, but I think you ought to be 
careful when you accuse somebody as a spammer.

This is a pretty broad description. In my opinion, if he has a cobalt raq 
and a cobalt raq product that may be useful to people on the list - he 
should be welcome here.

If he sends the same message twice a week, call him a spammer and kick him out.
