Fixed it =)
Had to add FileInfo to AllowOverride in access.conf but only on the second
instance of AllowOverride (/etc/httpd/conf/access.conf).
I am curious tho; is there a way to enable SSI for .htm/.html WITHOUT using
AddType or editing the httpd.conf file?
