[cobalt-users] Active Monitor/Disk gives error.., help

Hi There,

My raq3's Server management active monitor continuosly
flashes disk problem , but when I click on Disk link,
it gives internal server error saying 

      The server encountered an internal error or
      misconfiguration and was unable to complete your
      request.  
I just applied new DNS patch but not glibc. What's
happening?, is there any problem with the new
patches/updates or something else is broken my raq?
