[cobalt-users] RaQ3i Hard Drive mounting brackets

We called Sun/Cobalt last year and they sent us drive brackets (_without_
drives) and new fans for our RaQ3s. There was no charge (not even for
postage). We did have to buy a "Y" cable; we didn't know enough to ask for
one.

I'm sorry that I don't know what department we talked to (it had a long,
winding path that led to it and I think that one of our guys had to stand on
his head before they would let him talk to the right person but once he got
there the matter was quickly taken care of). We tried contacting them again
to see if they could help you and found that there had been a
re-organization...
