Apache is apache. Even the RaQ's apache works like apache. It just
reads and follows the configuration files.

It's been my experience that (on the RaQ) gui changes do NOT override
srm.conf, and it's been my experience on many versions of apache (and
has been documented) that the config files are totally interchangeable.

So I'd first try putting the domain containers into srm.conf. Only move
them to httpd.conf if they don't work there.
