[cobalt-users] [RaQ3] How to backup virtual sites configuration and data?

Hi all,
I'm a newbie here, so, please, be patient.  =).

I need to do regular backups about all virtual sites hosted on my RaQ3.
I read the RaQ3 manual, but it says I can only backup data files, and not 
configuraztions files.

Is there a way to store all virtual sites elsewhere and then restore them 
as you need on the original location?
