Negative - this was a discussion a few "weeks" back. Anything that is
"in"
or "under" the users directory structure _can_ be deleted by that user -
only
option is to use chattr (change secondary file attributes) to change the
file
and set the "no delete" bit. The no one can delete it until "root"
changes
the attributes again....
