Hi,
I just upgraded my Cube to 256MB of ram and bought it from:
http://www.ramjet.com
They seemed to be the cheapest and everything arrived very quickly and
it all worked perfectly.
Believe it or not but 128MB sticks are actually cheaper than the
smaller ones.... Couldn't resist but to buy two.
I paid about $60.00 each for a 128MB stick.
