Well i would recommend the RaQXTR if you can afford it. The reason for the
lack of support is that it is the second time around for the XTR it was
released in February last year and then recalled and only returned in
December so people are a bit wary having got burned the first time around
but I believe that the issues have been fixed it does now lack webmail but
the webmail had issues with numbers of users and there are lots of good ones
to install like squirrelmail and neomail.
It is certainly newer hardware but in some cases people have gone for a
vanilla box if they are spending that sort of money but if you want the
Cobalt GUI and the 4 drive raid then I think it is a good buy at the right
price (I don't know what the right price is that is an individual decision)
I thinks that a fairly unbiased but true position most people on the list
probably have RaQ3 or RaQ4 with a few RaQ2 lurking in there as well but if
the RaQXTR stays the distance then more will follow.
