[cobalt-users] Admin Cd v1 Update

OK. we finally got this lack of bandwidth thing beat. hehe.

Just so you folks know.  We now have 4 full mirrors and the main download is
on SourceForge.  So those of you that had problems with downloading and gave
up can go ahead and try it now.  No more problems.  promise. ;)
