Alex,
The first thing is to try contacting Cobalt. The reason I say this is we
had a Raq3i's fan fail on us a while back, I contacted Cobalt/Sun
through the web-contact form, and after a short bit of email dialogue I
got a brand new fan, FREE of charge shipped to our location here in the
UK from Cobalt.

When you contact them, have your serial numbers, etc ready and they
should be able to advise.
Worth trying, as I really didn't expect any support for such an old unit
really.
