Should have said that it was the os2 upgrade that I installed.

Hi Dan,

The problem isn't that the use can't receive emails but that he can't send
to some external email addresses (for example he can send to an external
address that I have but not to some of his customers addresses).

The tail only shows me that the last entries in the logs were at 08:58
(GMT) this morning which is when the os2 package was installed. The
Access, adm_access, adm_error logs are being updated but not the maillog,
messages, auth logs !!

Tried sorting out the mail problem by turning off pop-before-stmp (and
found 4 entries for this in the sendmail.conf file). This didn't make any
difference though.

Any more ideas ?

John
