[cobalt-users] RAQ4 patch 2 & PHP security updates

I noticed at http://pkgmaster.com/ that they have the security update for
PHP.

I would like to install it, but it says that the RAQ4 2.0 update is needed.
I've heard horrible things about that patch - is it really as bad for the
server as I hear?

I don't know which would be worse; putting in an upgrade that will screw my
server or leaving a PHP security problem.
