Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Greg,

After deleting the site, run meta-verify. I suspect the site is getting removed from /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf, but not from your PostgreSQL database. The PostgreSQL database maintains Cobalt system information so that your adminGUI can pop faster, instead of looking through multitudes of configuration files.

I hope this helps, but is only a guess.
