[cobalt-users] GUI PostgreSQL database corrupted, meta-verify.pl broken

Hello,

I moved a server from one network to another (changed IP and DNS 
configurations via adminGUI). Now, the Cobalt GUI database (PostgreSQL) is 
corrupted. The system is configured and running fine, but the GUI first 
starts with misconfiguration message. I can't manage my site or users that 
way. Everything else in the admin GUI appears okay.

I ran meta-verify and get this error:

Can't call method "exec" on an undefined value at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt/Meta.pm line 1479.

I had a look at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt/Meta.pm. It has 
permissions -r--------. Is that correct? If not how do I correct it? If so, 
what is wrong?!
