[cobalt-users] Meta Verify broken.. HELP!

Hello,

I moved a server from one network to another. Now there's nothing in the 
Cobalt GUI database. The system is configed and running fine, but the GUI 
first starts with misconfiguration message. I can't manage my site or users 
that way.

I ran meta-verify and get this error:

Can't call method "exec" on an undefined value at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt/Meta.pm line 1479.

I had a look at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt/Meta.pm. It has 
permissions -r--------. Is that correct? If not how do I correct it? If so, 
what is wrong?!
