I copied the source code from this page and put it here...

And hit submit and got the default confirmation form.
(Check your mail)

Try telling it not to send the e-mail and see if it still fails.

The form seems to work, so the problem should be on the new RaQ, but
you should not have to change anything to use form-to-mail in
frontpage, that is part of the standard FP extensions.

It is probably not an e-mail problem if you can send mail to that
account other ways.

Just for fun try deleting the virtual site, before doing anything
else, re-create the virtual site and try reposting it..

That seems to help some FP problems.
