AFAIK, publishing with FP2002 will not damage your FP2000 extensions, it is
simply some of the "new" components that will not function since the cgi's
aren't built into the FP2000 extension set.

Does the email actually arrive, or not? for each one, the 2 simple cases
given below are (in my experience so far) the root of the problem.

I have had one or two problems with FP forms, but they are generally
something relatively simple.

a) FP extensions will not work if activated form a ".shtml" page, ie any
page with server parsed content. The form will simply not function if called
from a SSI page. OUTCOME: From does not work.

b) Form will submit and email but will return an error if any of the content
is called with absolute relative addressing (ie src="/images/blah.gif" etc)
although this only appears to be a problem if you want to use your own
confirmation page. OUTCOME: From works but confirmation page fails.

Try the above 2 suggestions. If not come back to the list with a little more
detail and there's sure to be somebody else who has had similar
problems/cures.
