Sorry, I though all Qubes had two ports.

Then are you saying that the Qube website is available on the Public Internet
through port forwarding on the FireWall?

The Qube and the workstations are all connected to the switch?

If the Qube has an ip of 10.1.1.x  and the workstations have an ip of 
10.1.1.x Then the workstations should be able to see the Qube's websites.
