To forget about needing to restart RealServer Basic, as the per RSB
installation instructions:

To get the RealServer to start when the machine reboots, drop these
three lines into your /etc/rc.d/rc.local file at the end:

#Start RealServer
/pathto/RSBasicDirectory/Bin/rmserver
/pathto/RSBasicDirectory/rmserver.cfg &
