So you know, that doesn't block the IP from accessing the server completely.
It only blocks access to services using tcp wrappers. You'll find those in
/etc/inetd.conf (those that are uncommented). If you don't have IPCHAINS
installed (look into it, you should consider it) then you can use the
program "route" to block access by IP. "man route" and look at a tutorial
online for more info (hint, -route flag is what you want). google is your
