[cobalt-users] Fixed: CGIWrap problem but I don't understand

It turns out that the files in question are binary not text and were changed
in the process of moving them. I don't get how a file can change when it is
tarred ftpd then untarred or indeed how to see or even convert the format of
the file. ls -als tells me they are the same. They look identical in vi or
other text editor.

Someone turn on the light please.
