I had a similar issue with a script on a RaQ2, the other day
I had to put the compete URL in the html form to call the script
or I got cgiwrap errors.
I think it is tcp wrappers that requires the complete URL.
I would think it is part of the PROTECTION.
So you may have to make sure that it is a URL that will resolve on your RaQ,
from outside your RaQ
