Nicolae,
At 9:24 EST, 02/22/02, I pulled that file at about 155KB/s (1.2Mbps or so)
over my OC-48.  Looks to me like you're on a T-1.  Now, whether that's a
shared T-1 or dedicated bandwidth, I can't tell.
