chmod 755 the directories. They need to be writable. Incidentally, it's
probably a good idea to limit usernames to 8 characters. It may not be a
problem for you with brandon0108, but if you ever have a brandon0anything
you'll have a tough time looking at directory output and telling who owns
what without using the -n flag to view the UID and crossreferencing with
/etc/passwd.

I really didn't read the previous Dreamweaver thread. What version are you
using? I'm using Dreamweaver Ultradev 4 on one site and I don't have any
problems with permissions. If this has been covered there's no need to
reply and address this.
