I presume you've got a site set up called something.virtuosoltd.com. Is
that correct?
If the hostname is "www", change it to something else; neomail is fine.
Then create an A record for neomail.virtuosoltd.com.
Then tell your users to go to neomail.virtuosoltd.com to get their
webmail.
